Mile High Michelada

Bloody Mary made with beer

A Mexican favorite cocktail and a Denver brewed, jalapeño-infused ale turn an ordinary Bloody into work of art. Garnish simply with a stalk of celery. Or opt for indulgence and top with a cheeseburger skewer. Garnish as you please, but don’t ignore this Mary.

Mile High Michelada - Mexican Bloody Mary

The chili-infused beer for this recipe was made by our friends from Comrade Brewing Co. It was named Yellow Fever as a tribute to it's characteristics - a crisp and refreshing blonde ale brewed with Citra Hops and infused with fresh jalepaneos. Subtle notes of melon, passion fruit and lime in the aroma. This blonde is lively, crisp, and imppecably clean on its own – and works as a perfect compliment to the Mile Hile Micheleda.
